WELCOME TO BROWELLS WOOD PET THERAPY
Right to Left: Hilary with Daughter Debbie & Granddaughter Jamie-Louise.
Browells Wood Pet Therapy continues to be a successful company in honour of my late mum, Hilary Browell, who was always animal crazy right from a child.
She would collect random animals and try to present them at home to her parents' dismay. She achieved her lifelong goal of owning a smallholding with her loving husband and family's support. Over time, she offered many animals a loving home, some of which are still part of our animal family today.
My mum's pet therapy work came about naturally through the work she did in the care industry. It seemed like a perfect way to combine her passions. We quickly realised how much the residents enjoyed her visits, how important they were to their mental health, and the joy they brought to staff as well. It became evident how much care residents missed their pets, and I couldn’t understand why we weren’t having animals visit. We found a void in affordable pet therapy.
After researching, my mum realised she could combine her care work with bringing animals to cheer up the residents across Surrey and Berkshire.
I am proud to continue her dream and determined to make a success of the company she would be proud of, furthering her legacy in the community. I know her love for animals had a profound impact on people's lives, and it is an honor to continue her work in the community.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Gangan, Hilary’s loving husband and Debbie’s father. His support and love has been the driving tool behind this whole operation and without his hard work and patience we wouldn’t be where we are today. And of course our loyal customers.
A special thanks goes out to Mac Entertainment for supporting the idea from the very start and continuing to support Browells Wood Pet Therapy by offering our services to their valued customers.
